Two packages made within a month both lost. Sent to a different city! Ive had to ring DHL from the uk with no help from there c Customer service team. I want my make up not Constant refunds!!!!! Sort it out!!!!
This make up was useless. Promised flawless beauty for 24 hours, I looked like a mess after two. Will contact them for a refund.

Worst experience ever ordering something online. I feel like I was completely robbed. Only way I could order the “Good Apple Foundation Balm” in my shade was in a bigger bundle because they were sold out in individuals. So I caved and got the package $$$. I received my confirmation email stating I’ll be receiving another email the following day or so with a tracking #- never came. I am not tech illiterate, work for Apple, and know how to check my email. I did not overlook that email in anyway and it did not go to junk I kept checking. Excited to try something new for myself. Almost a month later I receive a email from their customer service with a survey asking how I’m enjoying my new products. I filled out the survey explaining I’m still waiting for those products. I called customer service. To be treated horribly. Was told I don’t understand and probably couldn’t find the email with tracking information but that it was delivered- but don’t worry they will refund or resend it all out again. I said no it was never delivered. I am home all day and when I’m not, my 73 yo retired Roomate is. I know how these systems work. If they had actually sent it out an automatic email would of been sent to me with the shipping info to track. Nothing. So don’t lie to me and try and make me out to be the stupid one. I asked her to send it all out to me, give me confirmation number, etc. she decided “to be nice today” (her words) she would give me priority shipping for free (confirmed multiple times it would be on my doorstep in 2 days). we hung up. 4 days later & still nothing. I call back and they state they are so sorry but they couldn’t fulfill the order and someone was supposed to of contacted me; because they are out of one of the shades of foundation I ordered (I got 010 & 012 not knowing which will be best or maybe a possible combination) (she refunded me for 012 shade they were out of) but are sending me the rest and it should arrive shortly. 2 weeks later I received everything in the pack EXCEPT for the 010 shade I was expecting. The ONLY reason I ordered the set of everything was for the foundation in 010. Called customer service AGAIN. They stated they sent everything that they had in stock but must of been out she would look into it- sure enough they were out of stock which is why they didn’t send it out. She said she would send it but at this point I was a little frustrated and so I asked for a confirmation and said let’s see if it actually happens. That was 3 weeks ago. I just got off with customer service for the final time (because I’m done with attempting to use their business now). Gave her the latest updated order #, she apologized profusely for the long ordeal I had to re-explain and the multiple order #s I had written with order dates going back a few months now. She was really nice and tried to be helpful. Put me on hold to look into it. When she came back she apologized and said that they couldn’t fulfill my order. No explanations as to why. I’m assuming for the same reasons they never got to me the first 3 times. They were out all along and shouldn’t of even been accepting new orders!! I do not recommend ordering online. You’ll get screwed. I’m stuck with lipstick in a weird shade I don’t even like, brown tattoo eyeliner that isn’t waterproof but is marketed as such, setting mist (for my imaginary foundation they sent I guess), and blush that’s a tad too dark but can work. I’m not even going to attempt the hassle of returning all the useless product, I’ll regift to a friend. I am incredibly disappointed in their customer service, online functionality, won’t allow me to track my own orders or even show my order in my account order history!? Suspicious. Sooo many things wrong with this company. I really wanted to try that Good Apple but I won’t unless I see it in a store where I can walk out with it in my hand. They’ve stolen $$ in shipping and I’m done trying to work with them.
I have not received my order at all even though it is two months since I ordered it. There is no one answering me from customer service
I ordered from KVD and when the package got to me it was open and empty, I emailed customer service and got a full refund the next day postage as well!
I have ordered from them before and love the foundation and lipsticks and no issues with postage.
Definitely do not recommend! It was too dark. I sent item back. They basically stole the shipping. When it says on this homepage to leave the review. It's free shipping & Full refund! How's that a full refund. My order was over $25 and you're returning $19. Rip off! I will also post this on social media

I bought an eyeliner which was marketed as waterproof. It was not! Plus the tip and quality was very poor. I used it for two days then it was finished. Mind you I do not do a thick wing! I wish I could add a picture!!
I want to put out their 1st that I love Kat von D make up. It's the customer service that lacks. I called because I had a problem with my order and all I got back was attitude. At first I was basically called a liar by a lady named Renee. I ask to be transferred to a supervisor and she was not much better. I'm usually pretty calm when it comes to dealing with customer service people. The issues are not their fault but these to women made me very upset on how they were treated me. I will not be ordering any more from Kat Von D makeup. It's very unfortunate because I had finally found a make that works for me.
The lock it foundation is the best. I have been searching for a vegan foundation that is good for so long. Brought in shade 42 from Sephora last month and i love it. Good coverage and doesn't feel heavy. Lasts all day long.
I feel like I've been robbed. Bought as a present. Received nothing and only partial refund. They originally tried to refund me much less until I emailed them with evidence. When asked to show how they calculated my refund they completely ignored the question in they're reply.
Conveniently they dont send replacements and only give a partial refund or as little as possible. Never had this problem with other honest sellers. Be very careful with this seller as I believe Kat Von D is no longer affiliated and this could be a new shady tactic of new management. I bought foundation from Charlotte Tilbury and was extremely impressed. Would highly recommend as an alternative.

I ordered 4 makeup brushes from them, and spent about 80 CAD. I did not recieve a tracking number and the order status is shipped. It's been nearly 9 months. I've contacted them numerous times and no reply. I hate it how they always have great sales on their websites unlike Sephora and I'm always temped to buy it from the website... But remember, their customer service is a joke.
EDIT: I emailed KVD vegan beauty one more time kindly requesting for a return, after Kat Von D sold her company. I know that her team is still the same, but I got a quick email reply within a day. They kindly gave me a full refund. Gave them 2 extra stars!! Based on this experience, I think I’ll just order from brick and mortar store like Sephora. Too bad I’ll be missing out on palettes, sales, and awesome deals from KVD’s website :(

One of the things I like most about Kat Von D is that if you aren't happy with a product, you can return it for free up to 2 months after you bought it.

Yes, you have up until 60 days to return a product, but you can't return anything after that.

It depends on the product and if you use a primer and/or set your makeup, but most products will last through the day. The best seller at Kat Von D is the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick, and most people find it lasts all day even through drinking and eating.

Kat Von D offers a huge range of long wearing makeup products, so they should last the whole day.

This brand is amazing because it offers essentially any lip color you could think of. They have nudes, pinks, reds, and bold colors like blue, purple, green, grey, and orange. There is also a wide range in eyeliner colors.

Absolutely. There are 41 shades of the creme lipstick, and 56 shades of the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick.
